Archiving w/Prinergy

Just curious as to how everyone with Prinergy archive there files. We archive on disk right now with Apogee. Now we have upgraded to Prinergy and this system has its own archiving. Does everyone use that? What are pros cons you have had?

Export Job from within workshop, burn entire folder to disk, double check the burn went OK and then "Destroy Entire Job" from workshop.

Archive and Export

Archive in Prinergy works only with cassette module.

Export to .zip file works well, but we lost all job history and input files.

We use an auto tape library for archive and it works well for any jobs we need to keep available for bringing magazine ads back etc.

We have asked Kodak to work on an archive to dvd so we can take stuff offline but keep all the job history etc (like a combination of the export to zip file option and archive to tape combined into one).

I think they are working on archive to disk - which will move a job offline to another hard drive but it needs to stay there to be used again.
