Barcode Help

This is a long shot, but I noticed there are some barcode experts on here,
I have this barcode trying to solve a puzzle im working on and I need to get the numbers out of this barcode. Ive tried using several programs to scan the barcode, tried recreating several fonts (I got close with one but noticed this barcode has a bar with 5 line widths and noticed any I have seen has only had upto 4 line widths for the largest bar. If anyone could tell me what type of barcode this is and or help me get the numbers that would be awesome!!! Here is the barcode:

I can't help with the numbers, but to me it's either a Pharmacode or an ITF. I can try to copy and scan it at work tomorrow and lelt you what i get.
