Hey guys, we are running a quickmaster DI with an oldschool harlequin (spelling?) ps level 2 rip, when i go to rip a file i get a message in my rip program background that says "forced garbage collecting" it repeats this message a few times then it says it a million times and scrolls through it for a few hours. the job will rip yet it takes about 5 hours. any idea?

queues are clear, temp files are clear, error and completed folders are empty... no idea whats happening. the OS is winnt 4.0 (i think) ill go double check all that stuff for you guys and ill return with a more specific description of our machine.

If you have a level 3 rip that can produce 1 bit tiff files I have a simple and cheap (free) solution for you. I wrote a converter that is been able to convert 1 bit tiff to the Prestek Format. I'm using it for more then 2 years now.
