Anyone know of any instructional layout website or books?

I am dealing with a production department here who is not very knowlegable about book layouts. Anyone know of any instructional websites or books available that I can have them reference?
Thanks

Can you be more specific?

Samples of design layouts?

Or how to set up pagination?

I just found this site. I don't know if this fits the bill, but it might be more helpful.

Sorry, I did not explain myself very well. I have a very good knowledge of pagination. My customer service department wants to learn how to make pagination dummies up for the pre press department. So instead of me taking the time out to teach them all how to do it, I figure there might be a website out there or some good books that they could reference while they are learning.

We have a set of master layouts that we use and the CSRs need to make their own folding dummies and write the folio numbers on it.
That works well.
Even when I'm not sure, I make my own folding dummy.

your press manufacturer should be able to supply or point you to all of the pagination info you would need, if it is a common press there are probably other sources, but try the manufacturer first.
