13 x 19 Inkjet and Clear Media for it

I'm looking for a Good 13 x 19 Inkjet and a 13 x 19 Clear Media to go with it. Since we no longer have film and traditional proofs, we need a solution. We want a small inexpensive inkjet to print out Die Lines on and then attach to our Kodaks, Veris proofs. The accuracy isn't that important and 1/32 off or so won't kill us.

I like the HP 9800 13 x 19, but I can't find a media for it that's clear.

Try Xerox they sell some clear media for printing or can make something that will work if you dig. Also GBC sells some stuff but maybe only for an inkjet
