windows-based ftp client

good day all,

i have a client on a windows-based machine that is looking to ftp some files to us. i am familiar with many mac-based ftp clients, but need a recommendation on a solid, but free, windows-based ftp client.

any help on this is greatly appreciated!

I haven't heard of Smart ftp - looks good.

I have always used Cute ftp but i don't think it is a freebie anymore.

i recommend FileZilla or FireFTP (if they're using FireFox which they should be).
