help_scenicsoft prepress postscript maker quark 4.11

I have a customer that is using the old scenicsoft prepress extension in quark 4.11 to make postscripts. This has been working fine for a long time. all of a sudden the postscripts are being made wrong from 1 Mac ( 3 other macs with the same setup work fine) the postscript is being nudged up and to the right by a 1/4 inch leaving white space on the left and bottom edge. The exact same file on any other mac works fine. has anybody ever encountered this? Its driving me nuts!!!!!!!

Have you upgraded or changed the postscript driver?

I get that sometimes from PageMaker and realize someone switched me from .ps 8.8 to an earlier 8.3 version. (Adobe .ps driver that is)

Iv'e been using this extension since its inception.
It will get corrupt now and then.
1st throw away the preference file and try it again,if that doesn't work
get a new one.(if you get a new one,don't forget to throw away preference file before you use the new one)
