Has anyone had the misfortune of starting up their Screen 3050 and getting a blank screen? This rookie-tech thought at first it was the power supply but that didn't test out and now he's not quite sure because the "experienced" tech on this machine is out of town. Would anyone have experience in this problem know what it is and help this guy out? Any idea is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I can't answer your question, but we do have a 3050 and work with a independent contractor out of Portland, OR. I'm not sure where you are located, but it might be worth a call to him directly..

Thanks for the info Cory...I had to have a tech come out that next day so I wasn't able to call your tech but it was much appreciated for your help! (I'm down here in Tampa FL)

Anyway, as it turned out, the LED display was fried. Oh well, thanks again!
