Framemaker Prepress Issues

Does anyone on this forum have any experience with Adobe Framemaker? I am having a rough time trying to produce .eps files out of Quark(Mac) that a pagination vendor needs to place into Framemaker(Windows). For some reason, the files are not providing a preview in Frame, although the exact same file shows up fine in Quark(Windows.) Any help would be appreciated.

I am betting frame maker only reads certain types of previews. IE; 8 bit tiff. I would expect a Mac generated EPS to show a preview in Windows version of Quark. Unfortunately Quark only gives you three options for a preview, Tiff, Pict, and none.
