Heidelberg Delta 7.5

Has anyone, or is anyone experiencing small spikes appearing in their Delta List files? These appear only after going through signamerger, i.e the single file ripped is fine.

We run Prinergy, through to 4 Delta's. Two Delta's are on 7.5, the other two are still on version 7. After Delta (7.5) has ripped the PDF's to Delta Lists they are fine, it's only after they go through Signamerger that these little spikes can sometimes appear.
The spikes only seem to affect one plate in the job.
The spikes don't appear on every job, but are repeatable in the exact position of that job every time.
If the signature is rotated 180 degrees, this often fixes the problem.
The spikes do not appear when ripping through v7, only 7.5

I have installed up to collection patch 2.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Any help is greatly apprecialted.

I have experianced something similiar. The only way I know to fix it was upgrading to Delta 8. After that I had no random lines or spikes.

Updated to Collection Patch5, problem solved, but any large files to interpret required quite a bit more spooling space (more than the 4GB system drive had left on it, which Delta was installed on)
Updated to Collection Patch6, all problems solved.
