Major Upgrades
Our newspaper is contemplating direct to plate and Macintosh OS9 to OSX migration. Any suggestions as to performance or gotchas on Acrobat software applications going to Agfa/Autologic Grafix rips. The rips are versions 5.1 and 5.5. Also, any comments about Adobe CS. Thanks.

InDesign (CS) is our software of choice after years of being QXP fan(atic)s.

No more flattening PSD files, no eps'ing of Illustrator files, easy tables and drop shadow/edge effects/clip path alts and 'proper' typographic controls all mean you can do a great deal in the pagelayout app as opposed to jumping in and out of vector/pixel packages...

I second the ID vote. Quark has major problems on OSX.
