Preps punch mark

Greetings, we are having a problem with the punch mark from preps showing up on our film. Most jobs are okay but when we have a close setback the punch mark shows up in the image and or image area. We tried clicking "display punch mark" off in preferences in the edit menu however that doesn't work. Any suggestions? We are running Preps on a Mac (OS 10.3.5) and using ApogeeX. Thanks

If you open your preps profile folder and navigate to the profile you are using such as (default) and open it with a text edit program, locate the punchmark and change the ..Yes to...No and it will not print.
