Chinese Fonts

I need to type an invitation in Chinese. I have Hei, Heiti, and 2 more fonts in my FontBook but can't figure out how to get the characters... silly question but maybe you need a special keyboard?? Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks so much!
Tracy

After putzing around I figured it out:

Create a text block > choose Hei type > Under TYPE tab, click on Glyphs and then the symbols will show up. To insert one into a text block, just double click on the symbol you want. Works for Wingdings and Apple Symbols as well. YAY!!
