I don't think they've made an announcement. Haven't seen anything at PrintPlanet and nothing a WhatTheyThink.com (...which owns it)

Yeah, it's getting interesting over there REAL QUICK! Dang, some of those guys are straight up, looooong winded! It's actually pretty entertaining merging the two tribes.

there is an announcement on the site, and an email will be sent to all print planet users today. the official press release will go out on the 5th of september.
