a.f.a.i.k. the 64 in packedge and the 32 in Flexrip means 'separations': what you can separate /rip to/ (think plates). sure you can have thousands of color-patches in a document. a file with 200 colors can be ripped to 6 plates but actually have 7 separations (because there is a double K separation (mixes screenings or rulings)

pfff i noticed they took Untitled Document off-line ! That's to bad. This was a great resource for us to find out stuff about Esko Suite 7 ! they had some great movies on that website...

Esko customer service tells me they will be back online under 'EskoLink ' ; the customer-logon portal where news, documentation and such upgrade movies will be stored. This EskoLink for Esko users seems to be new ; this first time, you're supposed to get your logon via a letter in the Esko 7 upgrade box. If you're not getting that any time soon, maybe ask them to get your logon sooner?
Those movies on esko.com have a diferent purpose, they're more sales pitch
