A Spark with wrong measures
Hi Everyone,
We have a problem with the CDI Spark, dont know the exact model, but it is about 3 years old.
a couple of months ago, it started to give us polymers with wrong measures, so lets say that if we have to copy one color from an old job, it can't be done 'cos it won't register with the old polymer set.
People from Esko and Dupont don't know what it is, they say it is not the machine (the Spark) But they didn't give us a solution.
Does anybody know about this issue or has anybody had this problem before with a CDI?
