Cnvrt 2 Outline dosnt wrk in Pitstop Srvr 3.1?

I wonder why I can't use this "Convert all text to outlines.eal" action in our Pitstop Server 3.11

Whenever I select this, i've got a warning -- The Action List or PDF Profile has a configuration errors. While some other action list are green to go.

And Pitstop doesn't preflight incoming PDF files?

Is there any other way I can incorporate this action list "CONVERT ALL TEXT TO OUTLINE.eal" in our Pitstop server.

I'm not gonna replace Matt Beals, but here are my 2 cents...

Convert text to outline has been added as a feature in PitStop Professional 7.0. The first Server version that is able to do this as well is 4.0. Last current version is 4.03.

The reason you receive configuration error messages in your hot folder is because your version of Server isn't compatible with this new feature.

I'm afraid, you'll have to upgrade...no other solution.

well Brain is right. PitStop Pro 7, Server 4.x and InstantPDF all migrated to the new Enfocus library. convert to outlines is a new feature of that library. so that means all your products need to be upgraded. that's also why you're preflight profiles aren't working. they must be using a feature from the new library too.
