error code

Hi all
does anyone know what this error code means when I launch pitstop
An internal error has occured.
Please contact Enfocus Support (support.enfocus.com) and mention code #0921.

this happened after installing a trial verision of 7.1

i've never seen that error before. i always get a not registered error.

I once got an error like that, although the error code was different. I emailed Enfocus Tech Support andd got a helpful reply quickly.

Hi Doozer,

Is this the first time you install a version of PitStop or did you already work with an older version?

If you had an older version, you could try trashing the Enfocus prefs folders prior to installing the new 7
Make sure you're logged on as an admin user.

If you run XpPro or Server2003, and DEP is in mode2, you might want to add acrobat.exe as an exception in DEP. Alternatively you could probably change DEP to mode1. I had this problem and that seemed to resolve it.

fyi, DEP can be found if you right click My Computer, left click properties, Choose the Advanced tab then click on Settings under Performance. DEP will be the third tab over.
