I saw you mention 3.0, it might been an idea to update to 3.51 (or even better upgrade to 4.0) if you haven't yet. Could be a bug in earlier versions.

How is your Action List build? Could be you're using one of the new actions...

Remove ICC Tag is from Pitstop Server installation package if i'm not mistaken.
