Embedding Fonts

I have a pdf, made from the toolbar in word, i.e NO FONTS. I also have Pitstop Pro 6 but for the life of me can't figure out how to embed the Arial Fonts. I tried the action list, but I am limited in my ability to build correct actions lists. Any help?

Use Global change, fonts tab. It's pretty self explanatory but if you need more info post back.

For an action the only thing you need in it is the "Embed Font" option. In the Action List control panel click the "Managing" tab, click the "New" button, Click the "Add" button", click the "Changes" tab, scroll down and click "Embed Font", click the "Add" button, click the "Close" button, click the "OK" button, click the "Executing" tab and then click the "Execute" button. You may want to change the option for Current Page or Page Range or Complete Document.
