Fiery RIP truncates printed file name

We just upgraded 2 fiery RIPs to XP versions.

Sometimes when the Macs print a file from inDesign the name is truncated. This can happen on 1 rip but be OK on the other. A file named JM Test Page will appear on the RIP as JM . 8O

I spoke to the Xerox people (The Fierys are attached to Docuprinters) and all they can say is they have seen this before but can not say why. Big help! :?

I should have notes we are all using the most recent updated version of OS 10 and the Adove Creative Suite. No OS9 is used here.
