EFI problems
We've decided to go with the EFI software; can anyone tell me your experience with the software?
Some say its buggy, with many problems; lots of updating.
Support response?
Frequency of problems?
Any thoughts?

Not buggy in my experience.
Support response - no direct experience. Techs do troll the forum

Not very intuitive software but works well for us.
