New layout - unable to access plate setups

I have a layout recently created in Dynastrip (actually, it is a modification of another layout). For both the original & the modified layout, I am unable to access plate setups (it is grayed out). Any ideas on what's going on? These are rather involved layouts, and I'd rather not have to start from scratch.

I do not have this problem with other existing layouts.

Try launching the DynaStrip application, go under the Dynastrip tab to the preferences tab click on that and double check that the Use Plate Set Ups is checked.

old files have print/preference settings saved in the Dynastrip job/template.
Once, you change prefs and resave the job, next time opened it should keep the prefs.
