fuji LH-PJ thermal plates

Looking into switching to this type of plate and looking for information pros and cons. As well as any changes that might need made on the pressroom side.

I love them. LHPJ plates are great. We have not had any "plate related" issues to date.. been using for 2 years.

What plate are you currently using, that may help if someone has made the same change.

Hate to sound like a broken record... but we love them too. Tried others and there always seemed to be "issues". The LH-PJs have made all the "issues" go away. And just one more thing... the pricing is better too. ''

Just wanted to toss this one out there. We currently use Kodak Sword, not had any "issues" with them, but the priceing is getting out of hand. So is the majority of everybody out there running the Fuji's?
