EM850 Plate Processor

i have EM850 Plate Processor i think it is from emaf company but it agfa brand manufacturing
my problem is every time when i change developer in this proccesor every time it's give randomize results like time strong developer i must setup little time
and some times weak developer i must setup too much higher time to solve the problem

note : i'm sure when i am every time i changed the developer in the same conditions

my question is anybody are facing similer or this problem i use multi brands developer all the same results
