LAP-O from agfa

Does anyone still use this plate and if so can you tell me how much you pay per plate? I am being asked to pay pver 4 dollars a plate for a 13x19!
Im not sure but it sounds very exspensive to me since my last employer was payin 3 bones for a 24x29..........
