You did not learn about the device before purchase? These 1 and 3 problems are widely known and are not considered as problems.

1. Use negative plate
2. i dont know, find service engineer
3. Cost LaserHead on termal CTP - overal 30000 euro

Which machine do you have? We have the 741 and the bulbs cost us $2400 CDN. (1700 euro).
