Integris 800 Proof help needed!
Because Kodak has "yellw boxes" they seem to think they deserve lots of money to answer simple tech support questions. I think anyone who buys a company "lock stock and barrel" should help the users that have invested in technology as "value added goodwill".
Here is my delima: This install needs a new Baseline because the old one got corrupted. It was a custom Baseline.
In the Integris software there is Integris Calibration software, but when trying to make a new baseline the software asks for a "password" and that seems to be a well kept secret by the powers that charge money.
Anyone know the password? It would be greatly appreciated!
