Approval to Approval and Prinergy

We are trying to match a customer's Kodak approval. We sent them out a target for them to print on their Kodak approval and when the proof came back to us it was overall too red. They however are a design firm and insist that we match their proof. They have sent us their source profile. How do I go about applying their source profile in a Prinergy workflow. I tried dropping it in a few spots but can't get the same results on our Kodak approval.
