EFI Colorproof XF Manager Problems - Help

I created a new workflow and was doing a optimization yesterday and when I went to print the optimization chart and nothing ever sowed up in my manager. I then quit and restarted my manager and then it was there sitting in the "spooled" state. However when you quit the manager it kills your optimization session. Now no jobs show up in the manager when imported, I have to quit and restart the manager every time to get them to show. This
goes for both of our Macs so I am assuming it is an issue at the server (windows xp). I just installed the latest XF 3.1 update and reinstalled my client on my mac and still no change. Anybody got any ideas?

Is this a new install of XF?
If not, have you been keeping up-to-date with the "bug fixes"?
You should receive a "Teckticker" just about every Monday and one of them may have a link to a "bug fix" that may solve this for you.
Sounds like there is a disconnect between your color wizard and the basic application.
