InSite online proofing and page registering problem...

I am using Prinergy EVO v3.1.x.xand have InSite v4.5.x.x (both the latest versions) and have a SEVERE problem with pages not registering properly in InSite after being uploaded by customers. It is not a refining error, but an error caused by InSite registering pages while they are still in the hotfolder.

My question is: has anyone else used EVO with InSite, and also experienced any problems with the pages registering?
