Epson 7600 w/ best color rip

We have a photoshop file that looks good on the screen prints out well to our digital printer, but looks like shit on our Epson with best color rip. Does anybody have any ideas as to how fix this?

99 percent of the time our color proofs coming out of this printer are accurate. This time it's like 50%. We're printing from a MAC through Quark. Even if we printed out straight through photoshop it still prints the same way.

We downloaded the driver that came with the printer and we can't get to the printer options that are available in the manual.

Did both. But I don't know much about the ICC profile bit. It says US Web Coated. How do I check?

When it prints to the digital printer (Xante Illumina), the color is fine if not only slightly off. When it prints from the Epson 7600, the color bars at the bottom are perfect. But the print out's blues are off.

Relinearize your printer, for starters.

to get rid of a profile, you should be able to do a "save as" out of photoshop and make sure none are selected.
