Does anyone know about possibility to create reference ICC profile remotely? (Send Printed test page by post, and recive ICC profile)

What You think about such service? How much does it can cost?

OK You do not print some tests. Just measure and send. Looks good! Ok I am asking because I have an Idea to do the same service. But more for reference profiles (a lot of prepress here is using Heidelberg ProofPro or EFI BestRip) and then it is impossible to do it, because You need to do linearization at first. If it is not a secret how many profiles per month You are creating?

Targets must be output and sent, profiles are emailed back.

If you do this, you need software who's licensing allows distributing of finished profiles for end user! GMB's software allows this (not for inclusion in software products and so forth).

I use Heidelberg Profile toolbox. Thanks for advice, I must read licence agreement.
I want to create one service more advanced, for printing presses. With my own created Test page, not just for profiling, but also for Press and print standart checking. And test profiles by printing calibrated proof and make measurement compearing. Heidelberg Profile toolbox have nice feature - possibility to print resaults of measurement (densities, dotgains, etc.)

Chromix (http://www.chromix.com) offers this service. I think it's about $100 per device. It's pretty hard to beat Steve Upton and his team.
