Concentric Screening?

Is anyone using concentric screening? We are wanting to do some testing - but I would like to see if anyone has used it. What are your findings before we dive in.

Thanks.

I just sent my 4c test to Mark to evaluate, working with him is easy and he seems very to know his stuff. The key to working with Concentric screening seems to be the plate your using. We're using Fuji LH-PJ plates and they do an excellent job of holding the rings and spaces.

We actually have our own dot for flexo we came up with
and Artwork Systems copied theirs from ours.

Well, Zimmy's NuDot for flexo are very interesting AM dot. I'm sure it works pretty well compare to traditional AM screening or Hybrid one. But I think the Concentric Screening from Artwork Systems isn't exactly the same as the NuDot and Concentric is only for offset now. Maybe the idea is similar, make the solid dot to become not solid.

To run Concentric Screening, the plate quality is very important, the Fuji LH-PJ is a perfert choice for no baked plate!

We do bake our plates - AGFA - P970. Just curious about any savings - quality boost etc.
