Screen page WF swapping angles??

I have had a couple people tell me that on one of our nexus boxes that they screen a page, build a layout, place the links print to our creo and that somehow, even though the individual pages are screened correctly that the full up press form tiffs will have a couple of positions where the magenta switches angles.

This doesn't sound possible to me. Is there anyway this could happen or is it more possibly human error (they swear it's the nexus box).

Is the page rotating in the layout? If it's a screened page, the angle will "flip", or as I'd call it, rotate. Then 2 pages on a plate would be "different". You could also just check the offending pages in Dotspy and see what angle they're at.

If it's the rotating, it shouldn't cause a problem though.

Check and see if that's what's happening.
