ArtPro 8.5 issue for PDF export?

I just upgraded to ArtPro 8.5 rev 1 from 8.3 rev 2 and I discovered a whopping difference in the PDF export.
My file is primarily made up of pre-separated 1 bit TIFF files. imported, coloured and reassembled in Artpro, with some other stuff added.
ArtPro 8.3 seemed to export PDF for these files no problem, but the same file done from ArtPro 8.5 looks completely crappy when done with the exact same "For Viewing" settings.
I'm attaching a pic as an example. Anyone else experienced this?

I remember we had some problems to do with previews on the early revision levels of ArtPro & PowerLayout (8.5), can't remember exactly what off the top of my head, but we went back to 8.4 for a while, till a later revision was released.

We are now running 8.5 rev4 and have no pdf preview problems, but it's not used exactly like your example, since we do not do the pre-sep'd tiffs.

Sorry I could not be of more help.

Are you using default "For Viewing" settings?
Try turning on some Flattener settings(inExportPDF/under color tab)
and some preiview settings(under general)

Sorry... my bad. The problem version is 8.5 rev 6, not rev 1 as I said.
