Nexus 8.5 r1 Epsons

Has anyone had any problems sending to epson machines? we have an epson 9600 and we can't send anything to them from 8.5. We are running on a mac server. has anyone had any problem like this so far? I know it just got released but i was hoping for some help. I am waiting for support to email me back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
