DSC2 files and checking traps

Very new to nexus, so this may be a dumb question. We have sent in Dcs2 files dropped into AP docs imposed in power stepper. We want to check the trap thickness. How can this be done. On a brisque I would take the ps file and import it and check the traps that way, here they have all files set to purge upon completion...can the workflow be altered to save the ps or is there a better way.

I am not sure about AP but I know that NexusEdit has a built in measuring tool. Hope this helps!
