InkData failing on non-PJTF Workflows in ApogeeX 3.5, worked fine in 2.5

Hi all, new to the forum, but I'm getting desperate (as the official Agfa user group forum just seems to be a continual notification of Out-of-Office Replies these days).

We recently upgraded to ApogeeX 3.5, from 2.5, and there is one major difference to our output: Previously, we had a workflow/template which contained no PJTF TP, allowing us to drop any sized job (pre-imposed or an odd-sized 1up) into this flow. InkData would be generated through the PrintDrive TP in ApogeeX 2.5. This data would auto-generate/publish when the plates were imaged, or when we force-created the InkData.

Now, with v3.5, we can only generate InkData from flows where a PJTF TP has been included in the flow. This flow generates imaging data which appears in PrintDrive as Flats (ie. Sheet 1 Front, Sheet 1 Back). But with the non-PTJF flow, data appears in PrintDrive as Pages (ie. Page 1, Page 2). Because InkDrive appears to be expecting data to be in the "Flats" area, it will not generate InkData. This was not a problem in v2.5, but I cannot find a workaround in v3.5.

I should point out that our PrintDrive was also upgraded at the time ApogeeX was upgraded, so I'm not actually sure if the problem is an ApogeeX one, or a PrintDrive one.

Hoping someone might have had this problem and found a solution.

Cheers,
