Undeletable files in Job List

Anyone know the cure for this? Very occasionally we get a file that once we archive it in ApogeeX won't delete from the job list, instead it continues to shows the archiving icon. See screengrab...

I believe that you have to use the monitor application within ApogeeX on the host machine, but I can't recall the procedure.

Any help appreciated...

It appears from the pdf, that the job is still waiting on approval at the platesetter (See the blue press icon) if the job isn't completed, it won't archive. If you know the job is done, you can right click on the job and "mark as finished" then it should archive without any problem.

Job is completed - right clicking doesn't bring up that option. The job remains in the job list - you can reprocess it and it will run another plate if you want.
But you can't delete it. Baffling.

(my english is bad..)
log out all clients, no active job run on the platesetter, then use the axlauncher with mangement console (Monitor), select Database and reindex all databases, logout from the mangement console and restart ax-system-pc (incl. OS!).
the ax-system will reoganized the sql-database with all elements of the jobs

Sorted...Marwens idea of going into the monitor made me think a little.

I accessed the Job Store, then Job List, chose the job number, back to the menu and hit delete.

On going back into the ApogeeX client the files, when selected, became deletable.
