Taipan 3.1 Can Image One Bit Tiff

We have taipan 3.1
we are trying to shoot one bit tif files (ripped in another rip like flexrip) in the hotfolder the rip it's not accept it and move it in error folder and error come apeear "flush job postscipt error "
there is any way to do this operation ?

Not sure as I don't know the product.

Is the "flexrip" postscript 2 or higher because Taipan I think is PS 1 only, hence the postscript error. We had a Mac rip of that era and it was PS1.

You may have to dumb down the output TIFF to PS1 and try that. Also make sure the Taipan is enabled for the extension of the TIF from Flexrip. If it does not know about the file format it will flush out and give possible a wrong "generic" error message.

flexrip and taipan both is level 3 rips
i don't thing there is level 1 one bit file or level 2-3 it's just bitmap
