So I received my new XRite DTP-45 spectro along with Agfa ColorTune Pro 4.2. Installed everything on my mac. Used XRite's software to generate an IT8.7/3 target and got it printed on our Epson 9800. Took the readings from XRite's software and saved the resulting ".txt" file to build a profile from ColorTune Pro. I tried opening the file (the "new output" process from ColorTune) but the .txt file is "grayed-out". ColorTune can't open it. Even tried the supplied AppleScript to drag and drop data text files. Still does not work. Anyone ever got that problem?

Usually Agfa recommends using the SherpaCMS application with colortune to generate targets and read the targets. It's available on agfa's ftp site (the pc version at least).

Had something similar happen. I tried to edit an ICC profile that was created a few last week. But the edit menu was greyed out. I finally realized the Colortune dongle was lose on the USB port.???

Greetings. I find ColorTune Pro 4.2 will only run for me on ancient hardware. I do use SherpaCMS to create measurement files in .txt format. It means you need both a PC and a Mac to get the job done. (minor gripe)
But still at most sites I do not find a Mac that will run Colortune. (major gripe)
Let's hope ColorTuneX will work better.
