Hot folders using Apogee Taipan 3.1

New to the site and feel like a complete idiot because I know this is going to be a simple answer (I hope)... I need to create 9 different hot folders for 3 different paper sizes and b/w and color. Does anyone out there know how to do this?? I am using Apogee Taipan software. Yes I have called agfa and they have not responded yet and I am impatient.
