Synchronism problems ApogeeX 3.5 x Print Drive

We are having synchronism problems working with DQS (error 1016) of
the ApogeeX (3.5) with print drive (series 3 update f Sp1.e). Somebody
has some solution?

Is this the message that you're getting?
"Could not synchronize the status of the job on PrintDrive
with the status of the Job on ApogeeX.
Please inspect the Job on PrintDrive before using it."
If so, we were told to ignore it, which we do and there seems to be no problem doing this.
