Resizing after RIP (Apogee Series 3)

Hi ... My company just bought a new CTP sytem from AGFA and I'm trying to work a few bugs out of our workflow. All-in-all the system seems to work pretty well and we can do most of the things that we want.

I currently have two problems that I would like to get sorted out.

1) After I save a PDF in Photoshop with dimensions of say 50" X 40", and then RIP the file to PrintDrive, I find that the file has been resized to 49.988" X 39.878". Does anyone know if this is a known problem?

2) The document (after RIP'ing to the PrintDrive,) seems to get flipped randomly.

Any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm finding that AGFA's customer support could use some re-tuning.
