Changing "default" screen agle for spot colors?

Hi, folks -

Is there a (fairly easy) way to change the screen angle of spot colors to
75? rather than 45??

When I look at the parameter sets for the Screening portion of the Render TP, I see that I can change the default angles for my process inks, but werun a lot of 2, 3 and 5-color jobs in addition to our process work. For example, if I'm running a job that's black and a PMS, the Pantone color will come up at a 45? angle by default, which is the same as my black angle. Not a big deal - we currently change this on a job-by-job basis, but since so many of our jobs are template-driven, I'm trying to reduce operator mouse-clicks.

My gut feeling is that there's a setting I'm just not seeing - and, now that I think about it, this may be one of those deals where the Mac client is not showing me all the options that the windows version is...

As always, any ideas are appreciated.
