First of all clean 2 big feeding rubber rollers :-)
Try to change feeding cassetes. Try to reload film in cassete.

On big AGFA imagesetters this problem always exist.

We've had the same problem for years. Zmey's correct. However sometimes I'll gently shake the cassette back and forth a few times (after unloading film), it seems to work about 80% of the time plus it relieves tension. It drives me crazy sometimes! 8O

Another solution

Another thing to check, which I encountered today and am still laughing about, is the 'confetti' from the media punch. If the its tray isn't cleaned regularly (or ever) it can back up causing a media jam error. It's a little harder to detect than a regular jam since you won't see the little discs of media too clearly without having to spend a fair amount of time poking inside with a flashlight. Vacuum them all up and you should be as good as gold. I honestly hope no one ever has to suffer the embarassment of a service call for this - luckily we caught it before the technician arrived.
