Send for review feature

We have been testing the Send for review feature. When the file created is opened on a pc in reader it takes 3-5 min. to open. Why is it so slow?

Thanks

Could be anything really. If it's being opened by a CSM or secretary type then you can bet their work station is no where near as powerful as a production machine.

As a simple test send a page of nothing but text and see what the difference is, it should open pretty snappily. If the documents you are sending are content heavy with lots of images etc, then that's part of the reason
