Pitstop action, detect overprinting white and knock it out?

Is it possible to create a pitstop action that will find overprinting white in a pdf and set it to knockout?? I would like to create this action combined with maybe convert colours to cmyk. Also is it possible to create a hot folder with actions applied to the hot folder??

Yes, you can do this in an action list. You can also do it in a preflight profile. No, you cannot apply it to a hot folder in Acrobat at all. PitStop Pro won't work with hot folders in Acrobat.

You can use such an action with PitStop Server howerver.
