Viewing In Acrobat 4/5 against Acrobat 6, Discrepancy? Bug??

Good Day!

I had a PDF when viewed in Acrobat 4/5 the straight lines are ok, but when viewed in Acrobat6 it appeared straight line but dashes. The PDF is distilled in Acrobat 6 Distiller under Press Quality joboptions. Do version afects the viewing of the PDF?

If you need the sample you may have to look at

www.sps-spitech.com/pol/A.pdf

and www.sps-spitech.com/pol/B.pdf

Thanks in advance
Pol

I've taken a look at both your examples in Acrobat 5 and Adobe Reader (6). I see exactly what you are seeing. I wonder if it has something to do with Acrobat 6's job options set to a lesser compatiblilty, like Acrobat 4, or such.

Try editing the job options to make it Acrobat 5 compatible (PDF 1.4), and see if that helps.

What is really wierd is the letter "L" on one of your chart labels being like the lines...
